4. Credits

The Website uses an internal virtual currency ("Credits", shown as coins). Credits are internal entertainment tokens usable only on the Website. Credits are not money, fiat currency, or their equivalent; they are not electronic money and have no monetary value outside the Website. Credits cannot be transferred between users, sold, or exchanged for money or cryptocurrency, except where refunds are required by these Terms or applicable law. When you purchase Credits, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Website features; you are not acquiring a financial asset.

5. Purchases and refunds

Credits can be purchased using the payment methods shown on the deposit page. Prices and Credit amounts are displayed prior to each purchase. Unused Credits may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase using the original payment method, unless consumed. 6. Cases and odds

The drop rates of every item in a case are disclosed on the case page before purchase, including the diamond bonus chance where applicable. Randomized outcomes are generated by our provably fair system: each outcome is derived from a server seed (whose hash is disclosed in advance), your client seed, and a nonce, and can be independently verified after seed rotation from your profile page.

7. Items

Virtual items obtained on the Website ("Items") are digital entertainment content represented by imagery of CS2 skins. An Item is not a CS2 skin. An Item is a license entry in our database, has no real-world monetary value, and is not exchangeable for money. Items may be exchanged back into Credits on the Website at the shown rate, or — where the withdrawal feature is offered — used to request delivery of a corresponding skin to your Steam account via third-party trade. Deliveries depend on third-party services (Valve, Steam) that we do not control; we do not guarantee availability, timing, or that Valve will not restrict traded items. CSBay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not: use the Website where it is prohibited by local law; circumvent geo-restrictions (including via VPN or proxy); use bots, scripts, or automation; exploit bugs (report them instead); engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or money laundering; or use the Website to transfer value between persons. We may withhold balances obtained through violations.

9. Restricted territories

The Website is not available to persons located in: Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, China, Singapore, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, and the State of Washington (USA). 10. Responsible use
